Foodbank Process

  •     Tickets will be available from 245pm on Wednesday until 345pm.
  •         The ticket numbers taken between 245pm and 345pm (Group A) will then be randomized and those numbers will be called in that random order. This way our patrons do not feel the need to spend numerous hours waiting in the rain or cold or fight to be first in line. You can pick up a ticket when it is convenient.
  •         Tickets will still be available from 345pm-515pm for those who are unable to collect a ticket earlier in the day. These numbers (Group B) will be called in order once all of Group A’s numbers have been all been called. Tickets will not be distributed after 5:15 pm so please plan accordingly.
  • We start calling numbers at 4:00pm.  
  • Please do not check-in downstairs until your number has been called.
  •         As always, due to the small size of our northern parking lot, we ask that your vehicles remain in the south parking lot until you have already collected your food and are ready to load your vehicle and depart.
  •         Thank you for your cooperation as we seek to make our foodbank a safe and equitable experience for all.
